English by Al’s online lessons are specially created with students’ individual goals at heart. Please browse these pages for more information about my program.
Since 2013 many hundreds of students from ages 2 to 72 have enjoyed English lessons by Al. With topics ranging from alphabet sounds to navigating English language websites to discussions about deep culture, English with Al’s online lessons can benefit every English language learner
Online Lesson Overview
Whether you are trying to improve your TOEFL or IELTS scores, compose a business email, or talk to an English speaking friend English by Al has both BOOK and NON BOOK courses to meet your needs.
Many English courses present English concepts during each lesson. English by Al is the OPPOSITE! Please read the points below for a typical lesson structure.
Before the online lesson: Learners receive lesson material through email. Lesson material is completed before the lesson and sent to Al.
During the online lesson: Learners review completed lesson material with Al. Challenging concepts are identified and reinforced.
After the online lesson: Learners are given further material as concepts are mastered and goals are met.

Online Lesson Breakdown
Lesson fees for online courses that do not require a book begin at:
One student - $40/lesson hr.*
Two student group - $55/lesson hr.*
Three student group - $65/lesson hr.*
(Each student more than three +$10/lesson hr.)
Lesson fees for courses requiring a book begin at $50/lesson hr.*
*prices may vary depending on student goals and difficulty of concepts.

English by Al’s lessons are held online via Skype, Zoom, or Microsoft teams. Lesson material is distributed through email. If you prefer to meet for lessons over an app not listed let Al know.
